Öffentliche Notare Dürr, Schuller-Köhler, Antenreiter, Wibiral & Partner Kommandit-Partnerschaft aims to make its website accessible to as many people as possible. This statement applies to the German and English versions of the Notare im Donauzentrum website.
Accessibility status
This website is currently not fully accessible. Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The review carried out so far identified the limitations described below. Full compliance with all requirements has not yet been established.
Report a barrier or ask for support
If you cannot use content or need information in a format that is accessible to you, please contact us by email or telephone. Where possible, tell us which page is affected, what difficulty you encountered and how you would like us to reply. Details of your browser or assistive technology may help; we do not need a medical diagnosis.

Our website and how to use it
The website provides information about our notarial services, notary, team, contact details and directions. Use the navigation to reach each section. You can contact us by email or telephone.
Headings organise the content. A skip link at the start of the page takes you directly to the main content. Form fields have labels. Addresses, opening hours and key travel information are available as text without loading the embedded maps. The website respects your system preference for reduced motion. The mobile menu can be operated using the keyboard: Tab moves through its links, and Escape closes the menu and returns focus to its button. Interactive portraits have an inset focus indicator. The visible file selection label is also part of the name provided to assistive technology.
Increased contrast
If you request increased contrast in your operating system and your browser communicates this preference, the website uses darker gold on light surfaces, lighter gold on blue, and stronger text and field colours. System-enforced contrast colours are also respected. This supplements the standard appearance; the contrast limitations of the standard appearance described below remain.
Known limitations
- Contrast: Some gold text, white text on gold controls when hovered or keyboard-focused, and certain form field borders do not yet meet the required minimum contrast in the standard appearance. This can make text and controls harder to see.
Further improvements are needed particularly for contrast in the standard appearance. If these barriers prevent you from accessing information, please use the contact details above.
Assessment and preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 15 September 2026 and last reviewed on the same date. It is based on a technically assisted self-assessment involving source code checks, contrast calculations and sample browser and keyboard tests of the main German and English pages in desktop and mobile views.
A full assessment of every success criterion and comprehensive testing with screen readers and people with disabilities remain outstanding. Embedded maps and externally linked PDF documents have not been fully assessed for accessibility. This statement therefore describes the findings established so far. The fixes to menu navigation, portrait focus indicators and file selection labels were checked again on 15 September 2026.
